One of the WeWork spaces that is less busy, even though it's well situated close to Telok Ayer MRT and a slightly longer walk to Raffles Place. It's also right beside Lau Pa Sat which makes it a breeze to get lunch. There are plenty of phone cubicles and place is well kept with small events on many weeks.

Really nice wework! Weirdly not busy. 5th floor has a dedicated spot for all-access members. It’s right across Lau Pa Sat which I think is perfect. Spans many floors with tons of diff places. A bit of a walk from the mrt but otherwise love the spot!

There are 4 floors of Wework here (2/3/4/5th). Plenty of seats if you cannot get seats on one floor, there are more on other floors. Each floor is quite small, and its located at this very old building. The building/lobby is a turn off. But the biggest downside is that its super stuffy and hot after the aircon switches off. Even with a fan, there doesn’t seem to be ventilation at all. So the fan circulates hot stuffy air! How long can a person last under such conditions? I suggest this Wework invest in some portable cooler fans, some people work at night time, like EU or US timing!

Ghost town, not serving coffee either. I was invited by someone there for a business meeting "over a coffee", then was just told "sorry there is no coffee".

Came down to visit the office last week with my colleague as I was looking for a co-working space for my firm. Met with the front desk staff (Hafezah Saleh) and she brought her around the office. Subsequently, she said she will sent us the price quotation for the office size we requested after taking down our emails. No follow up on that. Dropped her an email on our request last Friday but no response at all from her. Highly disappointed at the level of follow-up and customer service.
