אורבניות מרתקת. הגינה שתכננה ליטל סמוק מקסימה. הגלריה והתערוכה ("עדות מקומית") מעמיקות את החויה. מוכרי האוכל שנתקלתי בהם מסבירי פנים. נותר רק לשפר את הקשר של המקום לעיר ולשפר את שטחי החוץ שנותרו כרחבות ריקות.
