Recently landed a remote job and decided to rent professional space to overcome some challenges in my current temporary living environment. I’ve rented a conference room at WeWork in San Diego at 600 B Street and in Phoenix at Camelback during the interview process, but I really like the WeWork location in Tempe at The Watermark. It features a large open space with extremely large flat surfaces and tons of natural light overlooking the Tempe Town Lake. The month-to-month rates are reasonable, the amenities are fantastic but the staff is where this place really shines. They’re super friendly while also staying out of your way. It’s a great opportunity for me to be around other professionals to focus without having to deal with any corporate “office” politics. I actually like working in the communal area, but there are companies here that rent space for their employees too. I really look forward to coming to work here and I couldn’t image just grinding away alone at home all day now that I know this place exists.

I started coming to WeWork located in the Watermark in Tempe last month and I’m hooked! This is the perfect place to work if you want to be super productive, enjoy very nice workspace options, and an additional beautiful view of Tempe Town Lake from the windows. The team here is top-notch! Big shout out to Kelsie Alford who always goes above and beyond, and has helped me on several occasions when I’ve had questions and needed additional assistance with things like setting up a video conference call in addition to helping me with other questions. I truly can’t say enough good things about WeWork and I have become a regular here!

Great place to work and grow a team. Everyone at WeWork is super friendly, the community has plenty of wonderful and engaging events, and the modern atmosphere with beautiful 10th floor views is a nice place to spend the day and get work done.

The property itself is beautiful, and The Watermark is an exceptional place to frequent on a daily basis thanks to its prime location and outstanding amenities. The on-site WeWork is truly the crown jewel of WeWork locations in the Southwest, featuring an interior design thoughtfully curated to foster creativity, collaboration, and high energy.
What truly elevates this space, however, is the staff. They are always quick to help members and consistently go above and beyond to sustain the incredible community they’ve built.
If you’re still reading this review, stop wasting time and sign your agreement before space runs out!

They are always warm, friendly & welcoming. Shauni, Gianni & Kelsie and counterparts are great! They come up with creative & collaborative activities for the office community, and their tasty treats are on point. Great job team!

The staff at the we work building is PHENOMENAL!! It’s always clean, the front desk is always smiling, Kelsie and all the staff make me feel accomadated, and welcome. They always go above and beyond to solve any issues before they arise, they are fast to resolve and always have the best festive/weekly ideas. WeWork, especially The Watermark, is worth their membership in GOLD!
