Los Angeles – September 8, 2022 – Today, WeWork (NYSE: WE), one of the leading global flexible space providers, and the Los Angeles Area Chamber of Commerce announced WeWork X LA, a strategic partnership to foster economic growth among Los Angeles-based companies by supporting a flexible return to work for businesses.

The need for flexible return-to-work solutions is now at the forefront of business priorities more than ever. Enthusiasm for hybrid workspace is especially pronounced in Los Angeles, where demand for WeWork All Access, one of WeWork’s most flexible offerings, was up 43% in active members in August 2022 compared to January of this year.

Further, WeWork X LA will provide the Los Angeles Area Chamber with critical data and insights into how Los  Angeles is returning to work — providing strategic decision-making resources for the city and its businesses.

As part of the partnerships, WeWork is offering members of the Los Angeles Area Chamber  access to certain incentives, including:

  • 50% off WeWork All Access monthly membership fees for 3 months for new members. WeWork All Access is a monthly subscription membership that provides access to hundreds of WeWork locations across the globe so that users can find a place and time to work; Terms apply; or
  • WeWork Private office space with 1 month free with a 3-month+ commitment, or 2 months free with a 6-month+ commitment. Terms apply.

The partnership ladders up to a global initiative with 10 other cities across the world — including new city partnerships in London, Singapore, Boston, and Seattle, and refreshed incentives for established partnerships in New York, Paris, Washington, D.C., San Francisco, Miami and Chicago, to help navigate the global movement towards flexible work and develop hybrid solutions.

“Finding meaningful ways to bring people back into the office continues to be at the forefront of business priorities,” Said Elton Kwok, Territory Vice President, Head of California and Nevada at WeWork. “We are proud to be teaming up with the Los Angeles Area Chamber to provide its members with viable solutions that support flexibility — aligning our efforts and resources to help achieve a shared goal of economic growth.”
