Organon France moves into new WeWork space

WeWork announces the arrival of Organon France, the pharmaceutical company dedicated to women’s health, biosimilars and legacy brands medicines, at 106 Boulevard Haussmann, WeWork’s newest location in Paris

(Paris, FR – February 24, 2021) – WeWork, the global flexible workspace provider, today announced that Organon France, the new pharmaceutical company focused on women’s health, biosimilars and trusted legacy brands (cardiovascular, dermatology, pain and respiratory) has moved its team into its new space at WeWork 106 Boulevard Haussmann, Paris.

A dynamic location

Opened in January 2021, WeWork 106 Boulevard Haussmann is located in the heart of the Saint-Lazare district, an area which attracted Organon France due to its diverse mix of companies of all sizes and abundance of local services and amenities.

Rebecca Nachanakian, General Manager of WeWork Southern Europe, said: “We are delighted to welcome the Organon France team to our newest building at 106 Boulevard Haussmann. 83% of our member companies choose WeWork for its location and 78% of our members say that WeWork has helped them attract and retain talent, demonstrating the strength of our prime city centre locations. The flexibility of our offering and the design of our spaces were also key factors in Organon’s move.”

Flexible tailor-made spaces

Organon France has leveraged the flexibility of its new workspace by fully customizing its floor. From the floor plan design to the furniture, the company has personalized all aspects of the space and adapted it to suit their needs.

Rafik Allaili, President of Organon France explains: “As we were looking for a new location for our team in Paris, we were impressed by the environment that WeWork could offer our teams and the option to configure our spaces to our needs, from design aesthetics to meeting room density. It was important for us to keep the Organon touch, while benefiting from WeWork’s benefits: location, flexibility and collaboration“.

Collaboration in the spotlight

With persistent home working curbing innovation, companies need strategically located, flexible space for interaction and collaboration now more than ever. A recent survey conducted by WeWork and Brightspot Strategy shows that, on average, social relationships decreased by 17%, unplanned interactions decreased by 25%, and the opportunity to meet and collaborate together  decreased by 11%.

For Organon France, team collaboration is also key. Rafik Allaili adds: “For us, the ‘office’ is much more than just a place to go, it is an essential resource that encourages human connection and innovation, while allowing corporate culture to flourish. WeWork allows us to enjoy comfortable, inspiring and welcoming spaces, including private spaces for focused work and collaborative spaces to connect with colleagues”.
