Salt Lake City – June 3, 2025 – WeWork, a leading global flexible space provider, and Autonomous Solutions, Inc. (ASI), the worldwide leader of industrial vehicle automation and developer of the Mobius® autonomous fleet management system, announced today that ASI will be the newest member company at WeWork Innovation Pointe, joining many other booming startups and inventive firms. The new space supports ASI’s rapidly growing team and marks its first expansion into the Salt Lake City metropolitan area.

ASI creates AI-driven autonomous vehicles by retrofitting existing equipment with its technology, helping industries such as construction, logistics, and agriculture optimize operations and combat resource constraints. As the company drives into its next growth stage, ASI selected WeWork as its workplace provider for its premier, centrally located office space and comprehensive support. The new location will bring their team right to the action of the city’s growing startup scene, providing a convenient hub for meetings with customers and vendors as demand for its technology grows.

WeWork Innovation Pointe provides ASI with an excellent workspace and a wide range of amenities to support and engage visitors and clients, including numerous conference rooms, a podcast studio, and a private outdoor terrace. The location offers a scenic ambiance, with views of Mount Timpanogos to the east and Utah Lake to the south, creating a welcoming place to host events and meetings. Lehi’s burgeoning tech hub also gives ASI convenient access to other growing technology companies for potential partnerships.

“ASI is one of the fastest-growing companies in Utah. The advanced solutions we design for automating off-road vehicles are high-quality and exceptionally specialized, and we needed an office matching this caliber of work,” said Mel Torrie, ASI CEO. “Our new WeWork space elevates our business by expanding our presence into Salt Lake City, allowing us to serve global clientele better while placing us at the center of Utah’s emerging tech hub, Silicon Slopes. This expansion is more than just a new office location; it’s a strategic step forward for our team, partners, and commitment to leading the way in AI-centric autonomous technology.”

WeWork offers turnkey, premium workspace solutions for companies across industries, particularly those expanding into new markets or seeking a customized office without the high costs and long-term commitments of traditional leases. The company’s ability to provide flexible terms and tailored spaces simplifies the real estate process for members, allowing them to focus on what matters most: providing the best products and services to their customers.

Kali Cardoza, Head of Leasing, Central + West at WeWork, said, “We’re excited that ASI chose WeWork for their first location in the Salt Lake City metropolitan area. To grow, companies need to meet clients where they are with a workspace that puts their best foot forward. With its new office, ASI achieved exactly this through custom branding and on-site hospitality staff, with the added benefit of flexible lease terms designed to support their dynamic business needs.”
