I always love my time at the LA WeWork office! The community team truly goes above and beyond to make sure we have the best experience. Today, I got to cowork in one of the conference spaces, and David was so attentive! He made sure everything was set up just right for me and my colleagues. Really appreciate the extra care! Before the 2024 calendar-year ends, I want to acknowledge and give a "shout out" to the WeWork Olive crew. We transferred to the Olive site after the closing of the Gas Company Tower location in February 2024. In particular, I want to name David and Jocelyn (she transferred from the Gas Company Tower) for their excellent customer service, whether a morning hello or troubleshooting member requests. As the executive director of a community-based organization (CBO) and an 8-year member, it is important to me to have an external partner who continueto raise my member experience Thank you for your service to our staff, guests, and to me.

We absolutely love our space at WeWork, and our Community Leads, David M. and Jocelyn C., are the BEST! Our WeWork staff take such great care of us, making sure all of our needs are met, all the while being kind and telling us Dad jokes on demand. The space is beautiful, warm and inviting, and we have all the amenities, including gorgeous living plants that Jocelyn cares for! NO NOTES!

Over the years, I have tried out a couple of different co-working spaces in the Los Angeles Area, but my experience at WeWork—and this site in particular—has been the absolute best due to Brian Do’s hospitality! Brian has been so incredibly approachable, reliable, and knowledgeable since my first day at this site. His positive demeanor has always created a welcoming environment and he’s always been very thorough and timely when responding to any of my questions and concerns. When he first gave me a tour of the space, I immediately noticed that a number of members were very excited to greet him in passing, which really is a clear testament to his intrinsic ability to build community with others in a way that allows them to feel comfortable and valued. He is the absolute best and is the reason why I have recommended Wework to so many of my colleagues. Thank you again so much Brian, and the rest of Wework staff, for being so great at what you all do!

I always look forward to going to this WeWork location because of the friendly and attentive staff. In particular, Brian is always on top of things and makes sure everything is running smoothly. He's also very social and brightens up a room.
