Offer 1 – Terms and Conditions:

  • Per eligible Visa cardholder, this offer includes a one-time 3 consecutive working days trial of hot desk or meeting room services at a single WeWork location. This is subject to availability at our designated WeWork Hong Kong locations (the “Offer 1”).
  • The applicant must be a qualified Visa cardholder himself or herself.
  • Offer 1 is only open for redemption by eligible Visa Card Holders residing in Hong Kong and Macau.
  • Please make a reservation, and select the date and location for your trial via the registration form on the campaign page.
  • The trial must be booked at least 2 working days in advance. You are allowed to change the date or time of your trial once, please contact us at least 48 hours prior to your selected date.
  • The trial can be used during our normal working hours from 9 am to 6 pm, Monday to Friday. Weekends and public holidays are not applicable.
  • For meeting room usage, the one-time usage is maximum for 2 hours between 9 am and 6 pm, Monday to Friday. Weekends and public holidays are not applicable.
  • Redemption of the Offer shall be subject to availability.
  • Offer 1 can be used once only and cannot be combined with any other promotion(s).
  • Offer 1 must be redeemed and used by 31 December 2021.
  • Offer 1 is not applicable to existing WeWork members.
  • You will be responsible for complying with all house rules and all rules, policies, and procedures that apply to the WeWork location used by you.
  • WeWork Hong Kong Limited reserves the right of final interpretation for all of the above content.
  • By participating in this promotion, you acknowledge and agree that you have read and agreed to the terms and conditions, and our privacy policy. To the extent permitted by law, you will be required to provide valid government-issued identification in order to access WeWork locations.

Offer 2 – Terms and Conditions:

  • 50% discount for a one-month dedicated desk membership applies to WeWork locations in Hong Kong only (the “Offer 2”).
  • Redemption of the Offer 2 shall be subject to availability, and the execution of a WeWork membership agreement.
  • The 1-month offer cycle starts from the first day of the month and ends on the last day of the month.
  • The applicant must be a qualified Visa cardholder himself or herself.
  • Each eligible Visa cardholder can redeem for one dedicated desk only.
  • Qualified Visa card is the ONLY accepted form of card payment for your purchase under Offer 2.
  • Offer 2 redemption has limited to 300 dedicated desks only. First-come-first-served.
  • Offer 2 is only open for redemption by eligible Visa cardholders residing in Hong Kong and Macau.
  • Offer 2 is non-transferable and it cannot be combined with any other discount(s).
  • Offer 2 is not applicable to existing WeWork members.
  • Offer 2 must be redeemed and used by 31 December 2021.
  • WeWork Hong Kong Limited reserves the right of final interpretation for the content hereinabove.

Offer 3 – Terms and Conditions:

  • Up to 30% discount for a minimum 12-month private office membership, with additional 50 WeWork monthly credits (Total credits worth of HK$10,000 per month), applies to any WeWork locations in Hong Kong only (the “Offer 3”).
  • You may choose to enjoy either Offer 3 or Offer 4, but not both.
  • The 1-month hot desk membership (Values up to HK$6,200) can be used by the applicant or refer to a friend.
  • Redemption of Offer 3 shall be subject to availability, and the execution of a WeWork membership agreement.
  • The size of the private office membership must be below 99 desks.
  • Offer 3 is only open for redemption by Visa Commercial Card Holders residing in Hong Kong and Macau.
  • The applicant must be a qualified Visa cardholder himself or herself.
  • Offer 3 is non-transferable and it cannot be combined with any other discount(s).
  • Offer 3 is not applicable to existing WeWork members.
  • WeWork credits can be used to book conference rooms and workspace at available WeWork locations. Credits do not roll over from month to month.
  • Offer 3 must be redeemed and moved-in by 31 December 2021.
  • WeWork Hong Kong Limited reserves the right of final interpretation for the content hereinabove.
  • By participating in this promotion, you acknowledge and agree that you have read and agreed to the terms and conditions, and our privacy policy.

Offer 4 – Terms and Conditions:

  • Up to 25% discount for a minimum 6-month private office membership, with additional 20 WeWork monthly credits (Total credits worth of HK$4,000 per month), applies to any WeWork locations in Hong Kong only (the “Offer 4”).
  • The applicant may choose to enjoy either Offer 3 or Offer 4, but not both.
  • The 1-month hot desk membership (Values up to HK$6,200) can be used by the applicant or refer to a friend.
  • Redemption of Offer 4 shall be subject to availability, and the execution of a WeWork membership agreement.
  • The size of the private office membership must be below 99 desks.
  • Offer 4 is only open for redemption by Visa Commercial Card Holders residing in Hong Kong and Macau.
