First things first: Use the account username and password you created when you signed up, and visit Account Central to manage your account and provide us with important move-in details. Your Community team will reach out ahead of your move-in date to give you specific information.
Here’s a quick checklist to help you get ready for the big day:

The WeWork app allows you to stay connected and reserve a conference room by the hour to host guests or collaborate with teams. Check out the account tab to set your home location and the Membership section to review all of your account details.
Account Central is our self-service tool that lets you manage your WeWork account online.

Move Manager
Add in important details for us to know: move-in time, office set-up preferences, freight elevator needs, and more.

Review billing
You can view your previous, current, and upcoming invoices and service retainer(s).

Add your team
Add all team members that will be accessing the space and adjust account settings as needed.

Customize your space
Shop our most popular office customization options in the Add-Ons store such as furniture rentals, branded privacy vinyls, and sit/stand desk converters.

Log in to the Member Web Portal using the user name and password you created when checking out on wework.com. Select your building and learn more about your new space. See building hours, unique amenities, how to log into Wi-Fi, view package delivery instructions, and discover other handy building information all in one place.
Once you and your team are in the building, find the Community desk. Check out the Building Guide to find your Community desk. We’ll be waiting to help you get settled in. We’ll give you a tour of the space and bring you to your new office.
Our commitment terms start on the first day of the month. For example, if you sign up on May 5 for a six-month commitment, it will be considered a partial month. Your commitment term will run for the partial month of May, plus a full 6 months ending on November 30.
You can change your move-in date after your purchase is complete. To request a date change, please submit a ticket using the WeWork Service Desk or through the WeWork app. Please note, in order to get your space ready, we are unable to provide a move-in date earlier than five business days after your purchase.

To connect to WiFi, select the WiFi name “WeWorkWiFi”. Log-in using your unique username and password, which can be found in the app under the Building Guide.
Need space to collaborate? Utilize your account’s credits and book one of our large, private meeting rooms by visiting the ‘Rooms’ tab on the WeWork app or Member Web. Larger meeting rooms will cost more credits.
Every WeWork location has business-quality printers available for use. Just visit our Print Hub to take care of all your printing needs.

As a WeWork member, you are welcome to invite guests into our buildings.
Pre-register your guests before arrival to optimize their experience. Guests will need to sign in at the front desk upon arrival. Please make sure the guest brings their photo ID to check-in.

You can work from all common areas and phone booths and use your credits to book meeting rooms for you and your team.
Our buildings offer pantries (with coffee, tea, water, fridge, microwave, etc.), phone booths, common areas to connect with your team, and meeting rooms. Learn more about your specific building’s unique amenities by accessing your building’s page on Member Web.
