Located just a few steps from the Duomo, the space will not only provide a flexible solution for Colliers’ Milan-based employees but support the company’s continued local expansion. The move will also enable closer working with Colliers International Italia’s key strategic client, Antirion, which has also taken a full floor in the same sought-after WeWork location.

Colliers occupies over 130 desks spread over a private floor with a surrounding balcony and space customised to suit their needs. The fourth WeWork location in the city, WeWork Via Giuseppe Mazzini 9 was formerly the headquarters of one of Milan’s oldest banks, Banca Agricola Milanese. The building has been renovated to introduce contemporary nuances while retaining its historic features. It has also received an LEED Gold certification for building sustainability. Designed with both existing and future members in mind, WeWork Via Mazzini 9 offers comfortable and collaborative spaces that inspire productivity and innovation.
