This Up to 2 Months free monthly membership fees offer (“Offer”) is valid from October 1, 2025 through December 31, 2026. Offer is available only for clients of Silicon Valley Bank, who have not been active WeWork members for at least 2 months prior to the Offer start date (“Participants”). Offer valid for select private offices with a capacity of up to 49 people at select WeWork locations, subject to availability and entering a new WeWork membership agreement. Participants shall receive two (2) months at a one hundred percent (100%) discount on the applicable monthly membership fees with a minimum 12-month commitment term. The free discount is a discounted monetary equivalent of two (2) free months that may be amortized over the commitment term.
