With enterprises representing approximately 40 percent of WeWork’s membership base, we recognize the unique challenges large companies face when it comes to balancing company growth and employee engagement with real estate needs. Over the years, we’ve built a portfolio of physical and digital offerings to help them address those needs.
We worked with Microsoft to provide its New York sales team with unlimited access to our buildings across the city to help them spend less time commuting and more time with customers. We partnered with ezCater to create a custom office in Boston and wall-to-wall deployment of our workplace experience software, which includes space booking, wayfinding, and guest management.
Today, we’re excited to announce the latest addition in our enterprise technology suite: SpaceIQ. SpaceIQ is a workplace real estate management and operations platform that helps companies manage everything from space planning to global portfolio optimization. As part of WeWork, SpaceIQ will allow us to strengthen our ability to help enterprises make informed decisions across the entirety of their real estate portfolio.

SpaceIQ’s platform sits at the heart of an emerging workplace software ecosystem, and integrates seamlessly with numerous enterprise systems to incorporate HR, real estate, IT, financial, and operations data to offer companies a comprehensive view of their real estate portfolio.

SpaceIQ was founded in 2016 by chief executive officer Shahar Alster, chief product officer Noam Livnat, and chief operation officer Jeff Revoy, with employees based in Mountain View, California, and Salt Lake City, Utah. Through this deal, SpaceIQ will maintain its existing customer base, and become completely integrated within WeWork.
