How Pronto is connecting Seattle neighborhoods through bike sharing

City bike sharing programs have been expanding across the country with big fanfare. Recently Seattle inaugurated their own bicycle-sharing program with non-profit organization Pronto Cycle Share with the launch of 500 bikes and 50 stations around the city.

We sat down with Holly Houser, the executive director of Pronto, to see how they’re encouraging cycling to become a part of a Seattleites’ daily commute.
