Welcome to the newest edition of our Enterprise Newsletter.

Each quarter, we’ll share timely insights, workplace trends, and conversations with industry leaders to help you stay informed on the evolving world of enterprise real estate. Our goal is to provide perspectives, research, and updates that support your workplace strategy and spark new ideas for navigating what’s next.

We’re excited to highlight a few key items from the first half of 2026:

  • In North America, WeWork is expanding our footprint, adding 200k+ RSF this year.
  • We hosted our inaugural Real Estate Summits in Napa and London, bringing together senior real estate and workplace leaders to discuss the future of work.
  • Our CEO, John Santora, joined industry leaders at Semafor’s World Economy Summit and Fortune’s Workplace Innovation Summit.

We’re also sharing an early look at our 2026 Enterprise Report, highlighting what enterprise companies are focusing on in their real estate strategy.

One theme that has emerged from our recent conversations is while the office remains essential, its role has evolved. Real estate is no longer just a physical footprint—it must now act as a flexible, agile strategy that supports culture, attracts talent, and helps organizations navigate uncertainty—presenting a new workplace playbook.

Thank you for your continued partnership. We look forward to sharing more insights with you throughout the year.

WeWork’s 2026 Enterprise Report

Our upcoming 2026 Enterprise Report will be released in early July, and provide insights on what today’s enterprise companies want and need in their workplace strategy. Enjoy an early look at some key learnings, and we will share the full report once live.

Our inaugural Real Estate Summits

This spring we gathered senior real estate and workplace leaders from over 35 companies for our inaugural Real Estate Summits in Napa and London.  This was a candid forum for industry executives to compare perspectives, pressure test assumptions, and discuss what comes next for work, space, and business strategy.

Corporate real estate is entering a new era. The office still matters, but it must be more intentional. Real estate is no longer just static infrastructure, it is becoming a dynamic business platform.

Nearly half of the Fortune 100 are now WeWork members, part of what Santora describes as a broader shift in how companies balance their portfolios between owned, long-term lease, and flex space.

Fortune

In conversation with industry leaders

Our CEO, John Santora, was invited to speak at both Semafor’s World Economy Summit and Fortune’s Workplace Innovation Summit. Conversations explored the growing challenges facing business leaders today, the increasing conflict of long-term real estate commitments, and business shifts driven by AI and economic volatility.

John shared how the most resilient organizations are turning challenges into opportunities. Navigating an unpredictable market requires companies to prioritize speed and adaptability while cultivating high-engagement workplaces designed for meaningful collaboration.
