WeWork Go is a category of private office pods designed to provide high-quality, soundproof environments for focused work. It brings the premium WeWork experience out of the traditional office building and into high-traffic destinations like airports, convention centers, and hotel lobbies.

Work is no longer anchored to a single desk. WeWork Go is a response to the shift toward flexible work, solving for those “in-between” moments, like the gap between flights or a break during a conference, where you need to be productive but are surrounded by noise and distractions.

WeWork Go is available at select locations in the United States. We expect to debut in other key dynamic destinations throughout the year. Stay tuned for specific location announcements!

No. WeWork Go is designed for everyone. You don’t need an existing membership to access a pod; they are available on-demand for any professional on the go.

The process is designed to be seamless and entirely digital:

• Scan: Use your phone to scan the QR code on the outside of the pod.
• Book: The WeWork Go app will open, guiding you through a step-by-step booking and payment process.
• Unlock: Once payment is confirmed, the pod will automatically unlock, giving you immediate access and your session will start.

Checkout: When you are done, follow the checkout instructions to end your session.
When you’re at a location, scan the QR code on the pod to view specific pricing and details. Billing starts when your session begins and is processed in 15-minute intervals.

For a seamless “tap-to-unlock” experience, we’ll ask you to securely add a payment method when you create your account upfront. • Click the link in the text.
• Pack up your belongings and exit the pod.
• Close the door, which locks automatically.

• For other issues: Get in touch with our dedicated support team on the WeWork Go app, by first selecting your profile and then clicking support.

Since our pods lock automatically when closed, here’s the fix:

1. Still in your session? Just re-scan the QR code to unlock the door.
2. Already checked out? If you left a personal item behind, reach out to the on-site venue staff for help.
