I've had an outstanding experience at the WeWork Riverpark San Jose location. The space is consistently spotless, well-maintained, and offers fantastic amenities that make coming into the office a pleasure. From the comfortable workspaces to the thoughtfully stocked common areas, everything is designed to make your workday productive and enjoyable. What truly sets this location apart, though, is the incredible staff. Timothy, Joel, Naomi, and Madelyn go above and beyond every single day to make sure members have what they need. They are always friendly, professional, and ready to help, whether it's resolving an unexpected badging issue, helping track down last-minute meeting needs, or even saving the day when a caterer forgets serving utensils. More than once, their quick thinking and willingness to help have rescued an important meeting or event. Their positive attitudes and exceptional customer service create a welcoming community and make this WeWork feel like more than just a workspace. I highly recommend the Riverpark San Jose location to anyone looking for a clean, well-equipped office with a team that genuinely cares about its members. Five stars all the way!

I‘m coming to this office now since two years and the team is always going out of their way to accommodate my requests, have food/snacks available, making the office a warm and inviting place that I and I’m sure many others, love to come back to every single day. I’m a regular at this WeWork (San Jose) and genuinely love the experience here. The community team is incredibly welcoming, helpful, and truly goes above and beyond to make everyone feel at home. The space itself is spotless, well-maintained, and located in a super convenient area. The amenities are fantastic..from the espresso machine to drinks on tap but what really sets this location apart are the events and activities they organize. They’re thoughtfully planned, super fun, and do an amazing job of bringing people together and creating a real sense of community. It feels refreshing and energizing. Huge shoutout to Joel, Naomi and Timothy for making this WeWork such a great place to work and connect!

Working at WeWork has been an incredibly comfortable and enjoyable experience. The space feels welcoming and thoughtfully designed, with great coffee and milk always available. The staff here are exceptionally warm and friendly. They truly make you feel at home from day one. There are often free snacks, a variety of creative hands on activities, and plenty of well organized social events that make it easy to connect with others. The community is vibrant and supportive, and everyone working here is genuinely nice and respectful.

By far the best Wework location and community! The team is very friendly and helpful, there is always plenty of space even on the busiest days, good food options nearby, and the people using the space make a great atmosphere. Highly recommended for anyone in the south bay looking for a place to work!

I just have so much appreciation for WeWork and their community team. They have been so helpful, welcoming, and accommodating when it came to several of our office moves as well as many packages during busy event times. I especially love that I don't have to think about packing my morning cup of coffee because WeWork has an espresso machine, or my afternoon pick-me-up because WeWork has different drinks on tap and connection events, or utensils to eat my lunch with because WeWork has all the things one needs for their meal. Everything is also kept very clean and functional, thanks to their maintenance team.
