To sign up, download the WeWork app and create an account with your email, name and password. The WeWork app is available on iOS and Android and gives you access to over 300 locations across more than 70 major cities.

WeWork On Demand offers the ability to book coworking spaces (‘Desks’) and meeting rooms (‘Rooms’) at hundreds of WeWork locations worldwide during standard working hours (generally between 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m) on all weekdays (except local bank/government holidays observed in the region or territory of the specific WeWork location), subject to booking and availability. Your access will depend on your type of booking. ‘Desk’ bookings will give you access to coworking spaces at WeWork On Demand-enabled locations, including hot desks, lounges, pantries and phone booths. ‘Room’ bookings will give you access to the booked meeting room for the allotted time There are currently over 300 locations across more than 70 major cities accessible through WeWork On Demand. When you arrive at WeWork for your first visit, check in with a member of our Community team at the Community Bar. They will get you set up with a keycard for all future reservations. Make sure that you bring your photo ID, which is needed for keycard activation. For future bookings, your keycard will automatically activate for your booked location 20 minutes prior to your reservation start time.

Booking a ‘Desk’ through the WeWork app allows you to access WeWork coworking spaces, including hot desks, lounges, meeting booths, pantries, phone booths and more. Booking a meeting room (‘Room’) allows access to a meeting room for the length of your reservation. Both bookings can be done via the WeWork app with a credit card.

For Room bookings, the number of guests is limited to the meeting room capacity, including the host. Guests should bring a valid photo ID and check in with the Community team. Hosts must be present prior to guest arrival and through the duration of the Room booking. Guests are permitted to access the WeWork location only during such Room booking period. No guests are permitted with Desk bookings.

You may cancel your booking in the WeWork app as long as you are within the reservation cancellation window. To be automatically refunded the cost of your Room and/or Desk booking, you must cancel at least 24 hours before the start of your reservation. Users will have a five-minute window immediately post booking to cancel any reservation and receive a full refund.
