Film House is being beautifully restored and will offer over 94,000 sq ft of flexible workspace across eight floors in the heart of Soho. The building has floors of up to 16,000 sq ft, designed to our latest fit out and best performance guidelines.

The lower ground and ground floors will offer a mix of work, collaboration, and social areas, alongside shared amenities. These floors will be the community centre of the building, available for all to use.
