地下鉄「中洲川端」駅直結で至便のwework。ドンキホーテやファーストキャビンなども同ビルにあり、かなり使い勝手が良さそう。施設内もキレイな割に、利用者が少な目なので快適に過ごせました。無人オフィスコンビニ（キャッシュレス決済のみ）もあって、炭酸水やお菓子なども気軽に買うことができます。ちょっと入退出のセキュリティ体制が気になりましたが、大名より便利でオススメです。
