화장실이 매우매우 좁아 2인이 사용하기 어렵고 냉난방도 자주 고장나지만 크고 작은 다양한 크리에이티브 기업들이 모여 있고 크루들이 정말 좋습니다.

최악의 주차장. 덕분에 항상 비어있어서 주차걱정은 없음. 30분당 5천원의 극악의 주차비. 퀴즈노즈 2만원 이상 먹어야 주차할인 해줍니다
