Our coworking space on West Broadway has creativity in its DNA. In a building that dates back to the late 1800s, this space was once home to artist studios—as evidenced by the paint splatters we found during demolition. We sought to pay homage to this creative history by preserving the exposed brick and adding carefully curated interiors for form and function. This we work location is very easy to locate and is close to all of the Canal Street station. The lobby is on the third floor and you can self check in with an ID. There is free coffee, tea, and infused water for anyone and the lounge is bright and comfortable with good reading materials if you’re waiting a long time. It’s also very clean.
