My experience at this WeWork location has been nothing but great ever since we've had Community Managers Gabriella and Stephanie onboard. Seriously its like night and day. For starters, things have been getting done! Any time we place a ticket, Gabriella is on top of it. She follows up on the statuses of the work in question, there is constant communication and they deliver. They are always present, especially because they conduct walkthroughs and check-ins, which are highly appreciated because it shows that they care about the members and the space they work in. Prior to Gabriella and Stephanie there were barely any check-ins, updates or events. It was aggravating trying to find out information about things that needed to get done. NOT ANYMORE! Before this dynamic duo, the WeWork events sucked, why? BECAUSE THERE WEREN'T ANY. For example, Stephanie's Matcha Happy Hour may not seem like much when reading about it but believe me, it goes a long way when you're having a long day and then you receive an email stating that there is one happening later in the day. Its a great opportunity to take a break and hang out with other members while enjoying a delicious beverage. She has also spearheaded the task of livening up the place with decorations according to the season and holiday. Before that, this place was dead like a deer on the side of the road. Also shoutout to the custodial team that keeps the space very clean. This WeWork has definitely changed to a lively, fun and welcoming place. Thank You Team for all the hard work, it really shows!

A cozy WeWork, and the community managers Gabby and Stephanie are so friendly and helpful. I like that there's a quiet room, plus the events are always fun and well organized.

Gross. Looks like the review from 8 months ago was ignored. Couches are absolutely disgusting. Will not be back.
