WeWork and Powered by We provide working spaces reimagined to connect people, foster community, and promote productivity, innovation, and collaboration. In order to provide these features, we collect and use Personal Information. This WeWork and Powered by We Privacy Policy describes how WeWork and Powered by We use certain categories of Personal Information and provides other information specific to WeWork and Powered by We. It also applies to the following related products: Spacemob, Global Access, WeWork Go, Headquarters by WeWork, and Made by We Market. How We Use Your Personal Information
This section supplements our Global Privacy Policy to provide more information about some of the ways in which we use your information that are specific to WeWork and Powered by We.
Corporate Members and Clients. If you are a corporate member or client, the Personal Information we use includes:
Contact Information and Professional Information so that we may identify you and contact you, including to respond to inquiries or troubleshooting requests and to deliver notifications and other operational communications;
Contact Information and Verification Information to protect against fraud, abuse, or harm, verify your identity, and otherwise provide a Secure Environment (generally, to meet our legal obligations or to meet our legitimate interests);
Payment Information, where appropriate, and other transaction details about your purchase of goods at Made by We Market, to process a financial transaction that you have requested, including your purchase of goods or the Services (generally, to meet our contractual obligations to you);
Device and Usage Information to provide the Services and a Secure Environment, process data or files that you input, upload, or store with the Services, better tailor and provide the Services, and help us improve our products and Services. We also analyze the data regarding the conference rooms that you book to help us improve our products and Services (e.g., by offering additional conference rooms, reassigning conference space to desk space, and identifying which conference rooms are preferred) and ensure that we can provide the most efficient Services possible;
Office Preferences to tailor your work environment and other preferences to you (e.g., by adjusting your desk height, cooling the room, and starting the fan); and
Other Personal Information to tailor our marketing to you and provide you with the Services, including, but not limited to (i) enabling you to book work space; (ii) providing Services that you request through our booking and sign-in tools; and (iii) processing the data or files that you input, upload, or store with the Services, such as to fulfill search queries that you submit or process documents that you upload to the Services.
WeWork Go Customers, Visitors, Guests, and Other End Users. If you are a WeWork Go customer, or other visitor or guest who visits a WeWork facility or a facility that has integrated with the Services, the Personal Information we use includes:
Your name and email address, whether provided by you or your host, to identify you and provide you with a digital or physical access badge;
Contact Information and Professional Information, such as information you submit through our website, so that we may identify you and contact you, including to respond to inquiries that we receive from you;
Contact Information and Verification Information to protect against fraud, abuse, or harm, verify your identity and the purpose of your visit, and otherwise provide a Secure Environment (generally, to meet our legal obligations or to meet our legitimate interests);

Whether you are a member, client, member’s or client’s employee, WeWork Go customer, visitor, guest, or other end user, we also use your Device and Usage Information and Other Personal Information to prepare aggregate use statistics, analyze, provide, better tailor, and improve our products and Services, tailor and provide you promotions and advertising, both on and off the Services, otherwise enhance your engagement with us, and as otherwise described in our Global Privacy Policy.
