I have been working out of this WeWork for nearly 6 months. It is great! The team here has been spectacular and helpful in every circumstance. Like all WeWork's the buildout is beautiful, the lighting is perfect for video calls and the people are friendly. Highly recommended!

I’m a WeWork member who always change my work locations and 520 Broadway is one of my favorites in LA! I especially love that the quiet room has monitors so I can stop carrying around my own. I love having two floors where one is just more quiet and secluded and the other is more social and vibrant. Location is very convenient and you can always find street parking. I just love it! Thank you community team! 🤗

It really an excellent space to get your work done, as well as network with countless talented individuals. The community team at Broadway is amazing and they always make sure to plan engaging and fun events that foster interpersonal engagement and community. Additionally, I really enjoy the kombucha and seltzer as well as the large selection of teas because I'm not much of a coffee drinker, but they have coffee drinkers covered with cold brews, espresso machines, and daily freshly brewed coffee.

Update 2024: WeWork Santa Monica is truly a standout coworking space, and I can't recommend it highly enough, whether you're a startup, solopreneur, outside salesperson, or even a graduate student prepping for exams. The atmosphere is vibrant and supportive, thanks in large part to the incredibly kind and helpful employees who go out of their way to ensure you have everything you need to stay productive. The community events are also a highlight, offering a great opportunity to network, learn, and unwind. In terms of location, it couldn't be better—just steps from public transportation, making it super convenient for anyone commuting. Plus, the free two-hour parking right next to the building is an unbeatable perk for anyone who drives. The modern amenities and welcoming environment at WeWork Santa Monica make it the perfect spot to grow your business or hunker down and focus on important work. I can't recommend it enough!

Worth every penny. Random things I appreciate: easy parking, dog friendly, plenty of space to either work quietly or in a coffee shop style setting, genuinely helpful staff, great aesthetic for the inevitable zoom call, and an awesome location (it’s so quiet inside you’d never guess there are tons of restaurants and bars to pop in outside)

Super staff at 520 Broadway LA. They go above and beyond. The work spaces are excellent and their location is fantastic so close to everything Santa Monica has to offer.

Great location for team meetings. There are meeting rooms of all sizes. The office is remarkably quiet given the number of people present. The amenities (office supplies, coffee, etc) are top notch. And the staff, led by Tyler, are kind and helpful. Close to tons of restaurants. Easy five minute walk to the beach.

This co-working place is great for entrepreneurs and freelancers to network and connect with other people. There are two locations nearby in Santa Monica. The one on Broadway is inside a large office building while the one on Arizona is on the street. Both places provide beer and have a kitchen, an open space, and offices upstairs. It is great to host small professional networking events and business meetings.

Visited the Santa Monica space and have been familiar with the Hollywood space. Staff was exceptionally helpful. The space is gorgeous (we held an event and everyone wanted to meet there instead of where we normally meet!). Helped us book a conference room at the last minute to handle an emergency board meeting. Has coffee, keycard access, printers, and beers (nice touch).
