In this edition, we sat down with\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/twitter.com\/overworkedasian\">Andrew Young<\/a>, the cofounder of <a href=\"http:\/\/www.getswill.com\/\">Swill<\/a>\u00a0\u2014 here\u2019s what he shared:<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.wework.com\/ideas\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/4\/2013\/10\/swill-cofounder.jpg\"><img data-recalc-dims=\"1\" loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter size-large wp-image-3159\" src=\"https:\/\/www.wework.com\/ideas\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/4\/2019\/06\/swill-cofounder.jpg?resize=640%2C426\" alt=\"swill-cofounder\" width=\"640\" height=\"426\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p><strong>Swill is the Seamless of alcohol<\/strong>. We let people order what they want \u2014 wine, beer, spirits\u00a0\u2014 and get it delivered to where they are in NYC.<\/p>\n<p><strong>I taught myself programming and quit my day job to start something<\/strong>. What I know is that I don\u2019t want to work for anyone. I want to be able to make people smile and love what they do everyday. I want to create an atmosphere where people are passionate about what they\u2019re doing. That&#8217;s what matters to me the most.<\/p>\n<p><strong>An entrepreneur is someone that\u2019s willing to take risks<\/strong>. It\u2019s someone that\u2019s willing to take their future into their own hands, and it\u2019s tough for people to take that leap.<\/p>\n<p>Take the time between 6 and 12 at night to figure out what you love to do. Go to events, network. Once you realize what you want to do, figure out how to do that full-time. Whether it\u2019s saving money to do it yourself, or finding a job that leads to your goal, if you don\u2019t take big risks you don\u2019t get big rewards.<\/p>\n<p><strong>I have a side of me that knows there\u2019s a job to get done<\/strong>.\u00a0As the cofounder of a team, I know that we\u2019re all depending on each other for the success of this company. But then there are times when I just want to enjoy myself \u2014 just for a brief moment. Then I get back on the home stretch. Whether I\u2019m wearing a dress shirt now or a banana suit later, both sides are part of me.<\/p>\n<p><strong>You need to love what you do because at that point what you do stops being a job<\/strong>. I love making people happy. That&#8217;s what I want to do. That\u2019s what I wake up for. Everyone\u2019s life is limited and you need to enjoy it as much as you can.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><a href=\"https:\/\/www.wework.com\/ideas\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/4\/2019\/06\/Screen-Shot-2013-10-28-at-1.23.59-PM.png\"><img data-recalc-dims=\"1\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter
