When Brooke Naylor moved to New York City<\/a> after college, she had a romanticized view of the daily grind of working in her favorite metropolis. \u201cI wanted to wake up early, be a little bit tired because I\u2019m rushing, put on an outfit, and get on the subway holding my coffee,\u201d she says. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Unfortunately, it was the fall of 2021 and most people were still working from home. Brooke\u2019s new role as a growth marketing and operations associate was with Creatively, a job platform for creatives\u2014and a fully remote company. <\/p>\n\n\n
