A hybrid work model can be the best of two worlds<\/a>: remote and in-person work. And that\u2019s what employees want: 75 percent<\/a> of workers would be willing to give up at least one perk or benefit\u2014including healthcare, cash bonuses, and paid time off\u2014for the freedom to choose where they work. Hybrid work gives employees more autonomy to do their job where they feel most productive, whether at home for focused work or in a shared office space for collaborative tasks with the team. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
