Thousands of companies with millions of employees have been forced into a working from home<\/a> experiment this year. During the COVID-19 pandemic, companies have had to adapt to new work norms<\/a> extremely quickly. The success of their businesses in the short term depended heavily on how nimble teams could be in adjusting to this change. We wanted to know what leading companies have learned during this widespread work from home time and their thoughts on the new workplace. In our conversations<\/a> with heads of real estate and executive decision makers from industry-leading companies, we discussed topics such as how to return to work and the purpose of the office in the new normal. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
