Tiny, overcrowded, and lacking privacy, the space no longer supported the growth the company was experiencing.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>They knew they needed a better solution, but leadership didn\u2019t have time for a lengthy&nbsp; traditional office search process that can take weeks or months. For scaling startups like Inkeep, that kind of timeline is a luxury they don\u2019t have.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>So they tapped <a href=\"https:\/\/www.jll.com\/en-us\/\">JLL<\/a>, a global real estate brokerage, to identify a short-term solution that would allow their growing team to relocate to a private office. After one afternoon of tours, they signed their first office lease in just four hours. That\u2019s where WeWork came in.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Finding the right space, right away<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Inkeep needed more space, but they weren\u2019t ready for the multi-year lease. By sunset, they had their pick\u2014and their ocean view.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Moving fast from day one<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The team settled on <a href=\"https:\/\/www.wework.com\/buildings\/two-embarcadero-center--sf-bay-area--CA\">Two Embarcadero Center<\/a> (2EC) and signed the lease the same day.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>With that, Inkeep now had a shared private office, a private office for the CEO, and a third office for account executives.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>According to Smith, he and Gomez chose WeWork because it offered the fastest path to a confident solution. They knew going with WeWork would give their team a baseline of accommodation, security, comfort, cleanliness, and amenities\u2014regardless of location.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201cThis consistency removes uncertainty for a fast-moving company like ours,\u201d said Smith.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>They also got the flexibility they needed, which they\u2019ve already used to their advantage. The right workspace gives those teams something consistent to count on through every stage of growth.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>By opting for a flexible workspace solution, teams can stay operationally focused on prospecting, building products, and navigating funding while leaving logistical obstacles to a trusted real estate partner.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>That flexibility also leaves the door open for what comes next.
