Each location provides a distinctive experience that ensures our members can enjoy a productive and rewarding day at work:&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><a href=\"https:\/\/www.wework.com\/buildings\/10-york-rd--london\">10 York Road<\/a> is our flagship location, and features first-class design, extensive wellness and fitness amenities \u2013 including a meditation room, its very own restaurant, as well as a roof terrace that offers stunning views of London&#8217;s skyline\u2014overlooking the Houses of Parliaments and Thames river.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><a href=\"https:\/\/www.wework.com\/buildings\/123-buckingham-palace-rd--london\">123 Buckingham Palace Road<\/a> is located in the heart of Victoria\u2019s vibrant professional community and is walking distance from the bustling Victoria station, unlocking the rest of the city.&nbsp;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><a href=\"https:\/\/www.wework.com\/buildings\/moor-place--london\">Moor Place<\/a> blends thoughtful and functional design with inspiration from Brutalist architecture\u2014thanks to its neighbouring Barbican centre, and features dynamic workspace offerings to create an inspiring environment in London\u2019s financial district.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>In the U.S. and Canada, San Francisco joined New York this year as home to our most popular locations, showing how two markets most impacted by the pandemic are roaring back:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><a href=\"https:\/\/www.wework.com\/buildings\/154-w-14th-st--new-york-city--NY\">154 W 14th Street<\/a> was designed as a serene retreat in the heart of Manhattan, featuring modern private offices, expansive shared lounges, and flexible meeting rooms.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><a href=\"https:\/\/www.wework.com\/buildings\/33-irving-pl--new-york-city--NY\">33 Irving Place<\/a> provides a central office location just steps from Union Square, offering great access to restaurants, cafes, stores, and multiple transit options.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><a href=\"https:\/\/www.wework.com\/buildings\/salesforce-tower--sf-bay-area--CA\">Salesforce Tower<\/a> is a premier location with one-of-a-kind spaces and sweeping city views that can\u2019t be beat, becoming a hub for major tech companies and booming startups alike.&nbsp;<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Who came to our spaces<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-full\"><img data-recalc-dims=\"1\" loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"1440\" height=\"810\" src=\"https:\/\/www.wework.com\/ideas\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/4\/2024\/12\/02_Newsroom-1440x810-B.png?resize=1440%2C810\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-3000076878\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.wework.com\/ideas\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/4\/2024\/12\/02_Newsroom-1440x810-B.png?w=1440 1440w, https:\/\/www.wework.com\/ideas\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/4\/2024\/12\/02_Newsroom-1440x810-B.png?w=400 400w, https:\/\/www.wework.com\/ideas\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/4\/2024\/12\/02_Newsroom-1440x810-B.png?w=800 800w, https:\/\/www.wework.com\/ideas\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/4\/2024\/12\/02_Newsroom-1440x810-B.png?w=1120 1120w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 1000px) 100vw, 1000px\" \/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>2024 was an exceptional year for WeWork. We welcomed <strong>over 15 million total unique visitors<\/strong> to our locations worldwide\u2014more than one and a half times the population of London, and enough to fill every NFL stadium in the U.S. eight times over. That\u2019s an average of <strong>25,000 unique visitors per WeWork location<\/strong>, marking a <strong>12% increase over last year<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Coming to our workspaces is all about collaboration, and our members really doubled down on that this year. In total, WeWork members brought <strong>1.1 million guests<\/strong> into our spaces in 2024; a prime indication that workspaces foster collaboration. To put this into perspective: that&#8217;s nearly double the number of people who attend Roland-Garros each year, and enough to pack Wembley Stadium twelve times over.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>People aren\u2019t the only ones welcomed into our workspaces\u2014we love having our four-legged friends come to work with us. This year, we had <strong>730 dogs (and one cat!)<\/strong> regularly come to our workspaces. In 2024, our members drank over <strong>13 million cups of complimentary WeWork coffee worldwide<\/strong>, enough to fill an Olympic-sized swimming pool. <strong>4.5 million cups were served at WeWork locations in the United States alone<\/strong>, highlighting the country&#8217;s (and our member\u2019s!) passion for caffeine.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Our mail and package services support companies of all sizes. This year alone, we <strong>processed 338,000 packages<\/strong>, which is the equivalent to filling nearly 7 airplanes. From brunches and happy hours to holiday parties, WeWork offered a variety of activities for members to enjoy and look forward to at their office. One of our standout events was a summer celebration in Denver, which included a ski waxing service, tacos, and popsicles!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Our networking events have become signature to our WeWork experience, and are often the deciding factor for members when joining our community. This year we <strong>hosted almost 1,000 networking events<\/strong>, enabling our members to build meaningful connections with like-minded individuals, learn and share knowledge, as well as explore partnership opportunities to fuel business growth.\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Everyday at WeWork is an experience, and our commitment to building a global\u2014and local\u2014community has made the office a \u2018destination\u2019 where workers want to be.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>What\u2019s next at WeWork<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>This year has been an exciting one for our members. They enjoyed access to our most popular spaces, brought many associates to our locations, attended countless events, and, of course, drank plenty of coffee (This is unlikely to stop any time soon)!&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>So, what\u2019s next? 2025 will be a year of new and exciting opportunities for our members, offering them more spaces, places, and ways to do their best work.
