While this flexible approach embraces the new standards of work, the physical office remains crucial to maintaining the company&#8217;s strong culture, particularly for junior team members and new hires. \u201cFor us, the office is essential,\u201d says Christian Kroeber. \u201cIt\u2019s not just a place to work, but a crucial space for building company culture, connecting with our team, and nurturing collaboration.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Regular in-person gatherings, such as team breakfasts every two months, further strengthen the sense of community and reinforce the importance of the office in the wehorse experience. \u201cThe office helps us foster relationships, ensure alignment, and build a team spirit that\u2019s hard to replicate remotely,\u201d Kroeber adds.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Focusing on What Matters: Business Growth, Not Logistics<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>WeWork\u2019s fully managed services allow wehorse to stay focused on its mission. \u201cWeWork takes care of the details\u2014whether it\u2019s the coffee, the printers, or the workspace logistics\u2014so we can concentrate on growing our business,\u201d says Kroeber. \u201cThat lets us focus entirely on what matters\u2014creating the best equestrian education platform.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>This support has been essential to wehorse&#8217;s ability to scale.
