These assumptions, which are subject to court approval, are the result of WeWork\u2019s efforts to enhance its real estate portfolio to support sustainable, long-term success.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Under newly agreed-upon terms that position WeWork and its landlords for strong future operations, the Company is assuming its leases at the following locations:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><a href=\"https:\/\/www.wework.com\/buildings\/53-beach-st--new-york-city--NY\">53 Beach Street<\/a><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><a href=\"https:\/\/www.wework.com\/buildings\/135-w-41st-st--new-york-city--NY\">135 West 41st Street<\/a><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><a href=\"https:\/\/www.wework.com\/buildings\/160-varick-street--new-york-city--NY\">160 Varick Street<\/a><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><a href=\"https:\/\/www.wework.com\/buildings\/201-spear-st--sf-bay-area--CA\">201 Spear Street&nbsp;<\/a><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><a href=\"https:\/\/www.wework.com\/buildings\/430-park-avenue--new-york-city--NY\">430 Park Avenue<\/a><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><a href=\"https:\/\/www.wework.com\/buildings\/625-massachusetts-ave--boston--MA\">625 Massachusetts Avenue<\/a><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><a href=\"https:\/\/www.wework.com\/buildings\/1111-broadway--sf-bay-area--CA\">1111 Broadway<\/a><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><a href=\"https:\/\/www.wework.com\/buildings\/university-park--austin--TX\">University Park<\/a><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><a href=\"https:\/\/www.wework.com\/buildings\/wells-fargo-center--denver--CO\">Wells Fargo Center<\/a><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>WeWork has made considerable advancements in its strategic restructuring. Globally, the Company has determined a path forward at 95% of its wholly-owned lease portfolio, and according to the current business plan, is projected to reduce total rent commitments by over $11 billion.
