These assumptions, which are subject to court approval, are the latest evidence of the Company\u2019s collaborative landlord negotiations and progress in its strategic restructuring.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Three of today\u2019s lease assumptions are for buildings where WeWork has reached amended agreements with its landlords and located at <a href=\"https:\/\/www.wework.com\/buildings\/100-university-ave--toronto\">100 University Avenue<\/a> in Toronto, <a href=\"https:\/\/www.wework.com\/buildings\/town-square--las-vegas\">Town Square<\/a> in Las Vegas and <a href=\"https:\/\/www.wework.com\/buildings\/368-9th-ave--new-york-city--NY\">368 9th Avenue<\/a> in New York City. The Company is also assuming its existing leases in <a href=\"https:\/\/www.wework.com\/newsroom\/wework-renews-commitment-to-detroit-with-two-lease-assumptions\">Detroit<\/a>, located at <a href=\"https:\/\/www.wework.com\/buildings\/1001-woodward-ave--detroit--MI\">1001 Woodward Avenue<\/a> and <a href=\"https:\/\/www.wework.com\/buildings\/19-clifford-st--detroit--MI\">19 Clifford Street<\/a>. With these agreements, WeWork is poised for successful and sustainable operations at each of these buildings for many years to come.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Since September, WeWork has achieved <a href=\"https:\/\/www.wework.com\/newsroom\/wework-announces-substantial-progress-in-real-estate-and-financial-restructuring\">significant progress<\/a> in its lease negotiations and reached a final path forward at 90% of its global portfolio.
