New York, NY \u2013 March 19, 2024 \u2013 WeWork, a leading global flexible space provider, announced eight new lease assumptions today resulting from its strategic restructuring and negotiations with landlords across the United States and Canada. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

The assumptions, which are subject to court approval, are for WeWork\u2019s leases at 135 Madison Avenue<\/a> in New York City, 18 W 18th Street<\/a> in New York City, 400 Capitol Mall<\/a> in Sacramento, Constellation Place<\/a> in Los Angeles, Riverpark Tower<\/a> in San Jose, 1600 7th Avenue<\/a> in Seattle, 1155 Perimeter Center West<\/a> in Atlanta and L\u2019Avenue<\/a> in Montreal. These agreements signal continued momentum in the Company\u2019s financial reorganization and progress toward a real estate portfolio built for long-term, sustainable success.\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n
