Given the correlation between wealth and business creation (as confirmed in a recent Brookings <a href=\"https:\/\/www.brookings.edu\/research\/black-owned-businesses-in-u-s-cities-the-challenges-solutions-and-opportunities-for-prosperity\/\">study<\/a>), WeWork\u2019s Inclusion and Diversity Cohort aims to provide a solution to some of these disparities by helping to create a collaborative environment for Black, AAPI, Latinx and Native American business leaders to support their success.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>In the initiative\u2019s second year, the Inclusion and Diversity Cohort is expanding to Atlanta and Charlotte to unite minority business leaders from all three cities. The fourteen individuals accepted into the program will receive a complimentary one-year <a href=\"https:\/\/www.wework.com\/solutions\/wework-all-access\">WeWork All Access<\/a> membership, a subscription-style product that provides access to hundreds of WeWork locations across the globe, offering flexibility to support unique work schedules and location needs.
