From the floor plan design to the furniture, the company has personalized all aspects of the space and adapted it to suit their needs.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Rafik Allaili, President of Organon France explains: &#8220;<em>As we were looking for a new location for our team in Paris, we were impressed by the environment that WeWork could offer our teams and the option to configure our spaces to our needs, from design aesthetics to meeting room density. A recent survey conducted by WeWork and Brightspot Strategy shows that, on average, social relationships decreased by 17%, unplanned interactions decreased by 25%, and the opportunity to meet and collaborate together&nbsp; decreased by 11%.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>For Organon France, team collaboration is also key.
