Effective October 1, Benjamin Dunham will assume the role of CFO, after serving as CFO of WeWork Americas for the past two years. Dunham brings more than 20 years of experience to this position and will report directly to Sandeep Mathrani, Chief Executive Officer. Ross will stay on through the end of October to assist with the transition.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>In his new role, Dunham will lead WeWork\u2019s financial planning and analysis, investor relations and corporate finance functions on a global basis.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201cI am grateful to have Ben join the executive team at WeWork, continuing to build on the strong foundation laid by Kimberly. With the hard work that our company has undertaken over the past year, we are well on the path to profitability and I look forward to partnering with Sandeep and the leadership team to achieve our vision,\u201d said Benjamin Dunham, appointed CFO at WeWork.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>As CFO of WeWork Americas, Benjamin has played a critical role in developing processes and controls to enable improved business performance and effective capital allocation. Prior to joining WeWork in 2018, he spent twelve years with Yum Brands where during his tenure he served as CFO of Pizza Hut Asia in 2013 and later as Head of Finance for Pizza Hut United States in 2016. His early experience included roles in mergers &amp; acquisitions, investor relations, and business analytics.
