Our Code of Conduct<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

WeWork’s Code of Conduct & Ethics sets out our ethical requirements for our employees and is the foundation for how we operate our business. The “Code” guides employees on handling ethical and legal issues that commonly arise, as well as the channels available to report unethical or illegal conduct. Our value to \u201cDo the right thing\u201d means that we always act with integrity, which sets our company up for success and allows us to be proud of not only what we achieve, but how we achieve it.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
