If conflicts arise, we understand; however, if three (3) discussion circles are missed, you will no longer be able to participate in the cohort and receive the benefits of the cohort. In addition, all cohort members are required to participate in two (2) touch bases with a Community team member.&nbsp;&nbsp;<\/li><li><strong>Feedback: <\/strong>Each cohort member will be required to complete feedback surveys, which will be sent via email once every three months. <\/li><li><strong>Publicity: <\/strong>We would love for you to share your story and how the program is beneficial to you. As such, we may reach out to you to spotlight your business or personal story as part of the program.&nbsp;<\/li><li><strong>House Rules: <\/strong>Here at WeWork we have house rules for all members to ensure the community is beneficial for all. One of the report\u2019s key findings was that Black and Hispanic households, on average, have a \u201cfraction of the net worth attributed to white households. While white households have a median wealth of $247,500, Dominicans and U.S. blacks have a median wealth of close to zero.\u201d**<br \/>\nIn 2018, WeWork Boston launched a comprehensive program focused on Inclusion and Diversity (I&amp;D) based on these studies, which included its first I&amp;D-focused Cohort in 2019. This cohort granted members a one-year hot desk membership to any WeWork Boston location.<br \/>\n<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">On April 5, 2021, Boston\u2019s Acting Mayor, Kim Janey, launched the \u201cAll Inclusive Boston\u201d campaign to help stimulate tourism &amp; hospitality and to improve Boston&#8217;s reputation as a city that is welcoming to everyone.<br \/>\n<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Through the Inclusion and Diversity Cohort which WeWork first launched in 2019, WeWork Boston aims to further empower current or aspiring business leaders from Black, LatinX, Asian American and Pacific Islander (AAPI)<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">, and Native American households in the Boston area to redefine the narrative of Boston as a city that is welcoming to everyone. <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">**Federal Reserve Bank of Boston.
