{"id":3000014215,"date":"2020-06-05T20:37:53","date_gmt":"2020-06-06T00:37:53","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.wework.com\/ideas\/?post_type=landing_page&#038;p=3000014215"},"modified":"2020-06-26T14:51:37","modified_gmt":"2020-06-26T18:51:37","slug":"covid-acknowledgement-and-waiver-of-liability","status":"publish","type":"landing_page","link":"https:\/\/www.wework.com\/ideas\/info\/covid-acknowledgement-and-waiver-of-liability","title":{"rendered":"ACKNOWLEDGEMENT AND WAIVER OF LIABILITY"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>The outbreak of the novel coronavirus (\u201cCOVID-19\u201d) has been declared a pandemic.\u00a0 WeWork Companies LLC (including its subsidiaries and affiliates, \u201cWeWork\u201d) has implemented procedures for health and safety in accordance with applicable laws and guidance from public health agencies.\u00a0 WeWork is asking visitors each time they enter a WeWork location to carefully review and agree to this Acknowledgement and Waiver of Liability.:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>I acknowledge that, to the best of my knowledge, each of the following statements are accurate:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>I am not currently infected with COVID-19.<\/li><li>I have not tested positive for COVID-19 in the past 14 days.<\/li><li>I am not experiencing and have not in the past 14 days experienced any acute respiratory illness symptoms such as fever, cough or shortness of breath.&nbsp;<\/li><li>I have not in the last 14 days been in close contact with any person who has been confirmed positive for COVID-19 or is exhibiting acute respiratory illness symptoms.&nbsp;<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>I hereby agree that I will notify WeWork or refrain from entering a WeWork location if I become unable to acknowledge any of the above statements prior to or at the time of my visit to a WeWork location.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>I hereby agree to comply with all WeWork policies and house rules related to health and safety, including physical distancing and wearing protective equipment (unless legally permitted to not do so for medical and\/or religious accommodation reasons).&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>I expressly waive and release any and all claims, now known or hereafter discovered, against WeWork, its officers, directors, employees, agents,&nbsp; successors, and assigns (collectively, \u201cWeWork Parties\u201d), related to COVID-19 and arising out of my use of or presence in WeWork\u2019s locations, either through the negligence of WeWork Parties or otherwise.
