(London, 7 June 2021) — London’s leading fitness brand, Gymbox, has partnered with WeWork, the leading flexible workspace provider, to offer WeWork members an exclusive package of both in-person and on-demand fitness classes.
WeWork’s commitment to providing its members with unmatched services aligns well with Gymbox – winners of the London Lifestyle Awards – who have changed the fitness game, delivering a unique workout experience that can’t be found anywhere else. WeWork members will now have access to an abundant offering from Gymbox, with classes covering 7 categories including Sweat, Holistic and Strength.
As well as an exclusive class timetable in both Gymbox’s state-of-the-art studios and WeWork’s dedicated wellness spaces, the partnership will also see the creation of bespoke digital class content that members can access flexibly and conveniently from anywhere. The collaboration will also see the brands come together to curate a series of rooftop events this summer.
Marc Diaper, Gymbox CEO said “We’re really excited about partnering with WeWork to be able to offer their members the Gymbox experience we’ve worked so hard to develop over the years. Having been previous WeWork members ourselves, I’m delighted to announce our partnership with this leading workspace provider and we’re so proud to be selected as WeWork’s exclusive fitness partner across London, the UK and Ireland. The demand for flexibility in where, when and how we work out has increased immensely; this means WeWork members will be able to factor in training and exercise freely and conveniently whilst feeling part of a community, which is a great benefit for physical and mental wellbeing. WeWork is a forward-thinking brand, has a very strong tone of voice and the service is always excellent”
Mathieu Proust, WeWork General Manager, UK, Ireland and Emerging Markets, says “We’re delighted to build on WeWork’s unmatched member experience by giving our community access to Gymbox’s unique range of fitness classes. At WeWork, we understand the importance of having a diverse workspace that not only caters to varying working needs but also prioritises employee wellbeing. We know flexibility will now define the future of work, and Gymbox’s On Demand content underscores this shift; enabling our members to get involved and keep fit, even when working from home.”
