Michelle Li began Clever Carbon<\/a> as a side project in April 2020 while working in tech in London. She was impressed with how her employers were giving back to their communities by allowing their employees to take paid time off for volunteer work. That instilled in her a desire to find ways to give back more on her own. <\/p>\n\n\n
