A shared workplace with absolutely stunning view. The co working place is located at 120 Spencer Street, consists of six level up to 22, right opposite of Melbourne's Southern Cross Station - easy accessible. The office interior is Stylish and modern. WeWork co working space on Spencer Street provide beer and cider tap, it is just cool for the co working tenants to have a place to chill after work everyday. Besides that, they have a kitchen where you could do your catering and beverage too! How awesome it is! Plus point, the modern office is dog friendly, bring your dog along if you are lonely. Different size range of the offices are available. Check them out if you need a proper and formal working space.

After relocating from Scotland, Spencer St could not have felt more like a home and welcoming environment to be in. To start, the view 22 floors up is stunning and on sunny days it lights up the office space. The amenities are exactly what you need with plenty of hot-desking space, quiet zones and phone booths to enable you to do your best work. The kitchen is always well stocked and easy to get a coffee, tea or beer when they turn the taps on at 2-5pm.
Although all the above are great, what makes 120 Spencer St incredible is the community team of John, Carina, Trekessa and Sara. You'll be hard pressed to find better humans in your working day or to be a part of a community with. They're always willing to improve your working and Melbourne experience in whatever way possible, especially if you're relocating. I can confidently say my work has been made easier and my new life in Melbourne is infinitely better after meeting this team. If you're looking for a workspace right in the heart of the CBD, this has to be number 1 in my view.

The team at WeWork are some of the best people I have ever had the pleasure of working with.
Always helpful and full of smiles.
Nothing is to big or too small to help with.
It's lovely to walk into WeWork and feel the happiness and joy emulating from the whole team.
All the events are fantastic and the communication is excellent on all fronts.
WeWork make working in these shared spaces a fun and enjoyable experience. 10/10

The team at WeWork Spencer Street will do anything they can to support you. I needed some cowering space, to be between meetings and a photo shoot. When chatting with the staff they recommended great photo locations in walking distance, gave me coffee and sugar to keep the energy up, as well as pep talks and a super supportive and positive work environment. I'd give them 6 stars if I could.

Have had the absolute pleasure of renting a desk at this location for the past year or more.
Nice view, aesthetic ,..etc ! But what makes it even better is the community staff.
Staff’s attitude really makes this coworking space more than what it’s worth. On top of providing professional service, they are always fun to talk to, energetic, ready to resolve any queries
John Furno, the community associate at 120 spencer street, the innovative brain behind some of the events at wework, has a great attitude towards work and life in general. Coming from a marketing background John was always up to provide feedback on my own work at times, although this is not part of his job description. I have always had productive conversations with him while picking his brain about things(even personal if you’d like 😆)
Highly recommend this space!!

We just moved recently to WeWork on Spencer st and we are really surprised about the staff, the building, the view and the location (close to trams and trains). Each member of the staff is just amazing and very helpful. We moved in in less than 3 days and the team helped us to put us comfortably inside our new office.
Everything is cleaned many times a day. The staff is always smiling, nice and does everything they can to help. 🙂
There is a plus, from 2pm to 6pm you can get some free bears! (Check photos!)
Hardly recommended if you need a co-working space.

Years of working in various dull, flat and non-energising co working office spaces throughout the Melbourne CBD, I decided to look around at what else was on offer.
One year ago, I stumbled across the We Work office on Elizabeth St, instantly impressed upon meeting Rizza and Gemma I decided to look closer at the space.
Not even minutes into their tour I said “Yes, I’ll take it” and took up an offer to move our growing team straight into this whimsical workspace.
It was perfect as we were looking for a more creative and cost-effective space to work out of in order to more effectively manage our clients.
1 year on we have expanded our operation and with Gemma and Rizza’s endless support we were able to move into a larger office down at We Works latest offering in the amazing location which is 120 Spencer St.
We have found the We Work space and offering to be more than just a work place and together with the strong leadership and remarkable support from the dream team consisting of Gemma, Rizza, Idelson, Erin, Carlos & the wider team they continue to make our team feel at home with their friendly and casual culture which they have created.
This has allowed for some amazing networking opportunities complimented along with the use of the generously sized facilities such as the meeting and board rooms, shared spaces and community events, extremely fast internet all topped off by their corporate but funky vibes.
So, to conclude I would personally like to thank We Work Melbourne but in particular a very special mention to Gemma, Rizza, Idelson, Erin, Carlos whom I consider great friends now for being professional, helpful and accommodating at every turn.
It is such a positive and great place to work in, a pleasure to come home to every working morning :)
