Flexible month-to-month office space in various configurations is currently available in our three beautiful light-filled historic buildings in New York City: in midtown at
34th Street and 5th Avenue, in Soho at the intersection of
Grand and Lafayette, and in the Meatpacking District at
1 Little West 12th Street. Our San Francisco
building in SOMA is now open as well, and our projects in West Soho - NYC and Hollywood are underway, with opening dates in early 2012.

The WeWork: Lounge is a completely new way to work. Kind of like a cafe, sort of like a library, and a little bit like your living room, the Lounge is a members-only work space on the ground floor of our Soho building.

The Grand Membership gives you unlimited use of the Work: Lounge, including unlimited super fast wifi internet, a Manhattan address for mail and package delivery, your own eFax, access to a conference room with video conferencing, and use of a copier/printer/scanner.
